💸 Donation Refund Policy

Siddhagiri Education and Social Welfare Organization deeply values every donation. We take utmost care in processing donations and providing transparency. However, under exceptional cases, the following refund policy applies:

1. Eligibility for Refund

A donation may be refunded if:

• The donation was made by mistake

• The donation amount was incorrect

• The transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent

• Technical error caused a duplicate transaction
  
  

2. Timeframe for Refund Request

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date, with valid proof (e.g., transaction ID, bank statement).

3. Process of Refund

4. No Cash Refunds

Refunds, if approved, will be made via the original digital payment method only.

5. Right to Decline

Siddhagiri Education and Social Welfare Organization reserves the right to decline refund requests in cases of abuse or repeated claims.
